Registration for the PSGB conference day (10th December) and for online attendance of the ASAB conference days is open here: PSGB registration

Abstract submission closed on 15th August 2026. We will email all registrants in due course to re-confirm their in-person attendance. After this, any spare places will be offered to individuals on the waitlist.

The conference venue has limited capacity so early registration will be essential. If you register to attend in person but later fail to attend without cancelling, you may be excluded from the next round of ASAB grants. We will contact all registered attendees in advance of the meeting to confirm planned attendance.

It will be possible to register for all three days of the meeting (this is recommended) or for the ASAB days or PSGB day alone. Note that a registration fee will be required to attend the PSGB conference day on the 10th of December.

The registration fee structure will be as follows:

PSGB members:
Student member = £35
Full/associate member = £65

Non-members:
Student = £65
Non-student = £100

You can also attend the first two days of the conference virtually, and we encourage anyone interested in hosting a local conference hublet to contact the ASAB Meeting Secretary, Vivek Nityananda, for more information at meetings@asab.org.
